Because all of our products are made to order, each item is unique and printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size, or color selection errors. Please double-check your size and product details before completing your purchase.
If there’s a problem with your order
We’re committed to quality. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund — free of charge.
To report an issue:

Contact us at shop@higherjourneys.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (one image should include all affected items if multiple products are involved).

Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund promptly.
Please do not return any items unless instructed. Our print partners handle all reprints and refunds directly—returns shipped without authorization will not be processed.
When refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email us at shop@higherjourneys.com.
Non-returnable / Non-refundable items
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size, color, or product choice made by the customer

Orders placed in error

Items marked as “final sale” or purchased with a discount code

Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please email ealexisbrooks@gmail.com for guidance on this process.
